Fuzz-O-Mat: Self-made Distortion

The last Berlin workshop was very successful and we enjoyed it a lot! So we come back directly after the summer break!

In this workshop every participant can build his own Fuzz-O-Mat. A Fuzz is a kind of distortion, wich is much more heavy than a usual overdrive for example. Our Fuzz-O-Mat is gods death-lash, an evil thing that´s just waiting to destroy your guitar sound, to fuzz your electro-beats or synth sounds to death! Maybe it is possible to vaporize the brains of people with a slightly modified Fuzz-O-Mat..... who knows. Fuzz-O-Mat is mono and has a TRS In and Out and some controls to change the sound. It runs on a 9 volt battery or you can modify it for using a power adaptor. It is usable for giutar, bass, beats and much more. It can produce a wide range of sounds from soft saturation to heavy shredder-destruction. The Fuzz-O-Mat is the little brother of our Riesenbaby Kenny´s Death, wich you can see in the video.

For this workshop we cooperate with Musik der Zukunft. The workshop will take part at Landsberger Allee 54, Berlin.

The fee of 40 € has to be paid cash and includes circuit board, parts and case except knobs for the potentiometers. Please bring your own soldering iron!!! It is good to have a little soldering experience, but if not you will learn it here. A registration is required and binding!
